What is a type of banking job that will get me out of the office doing sales?

I want a banking job that will offer me outside sales and still let me have a salary and desk at the bank. Does anybody know of any positions like that and what they are called and what banks offer those types of positions?

i’m sure there is something like this, but i don’t know of it. all the sales jobs that i know at banks are tied to producing sales. pretty good incentive to sell stuff. if you have a salary, you lose some of the motivation to produce more sales.

    good luck.

A messenger or delivery boy, and it should be on offer from any banks!

Become a loan officer that makes calls on clients. Commercial lending of some type would probably be best. My brother is an agricultural lender and hes out of the office all the time.

Forget it. Banks don’t work like that. This type of selling is too expensive. One exception may be private banking, where you offer high-end wealth management services to high net worth customers.

US Bank has financial services representatives, you go to businesses to sell credit cards, loans, and checking accounts. You could also be asked to work events or supermarkets to try and sell personal loans and credit cards. go to usbank.com for ideas.
